IF SOMETHING IS RECEIVED DAMAGED
After-Sales service is provided by the Manufacturing studio, we help through the communication to solve any issues. You may be asked to try to fix a clean break by glue, a deformation or a fitting issue by heat or Blu Tack. In case the manufacture agrees to offer replacement parts, those parts are most of the time for free but don’t include shipping cost. Some Chinese Studios may ask for products to be returned to china to be fixed. In such case the repair service is for free, but the shipping cost is to be covered by the customer

Remaining balance of pre-orders has to be paid within 1 month after you receive your final invoice or we inform you that your order is ready to be shipped. If delayed further we reserve the right to seller your spot to the next customer for full payment and your deposit is not refunded.
If the figure arrives broken, the broken part have to be reported within 1 week after you have received the item (through our After-Sales form found at the bottom of this website). If delayed, the manufacturer may refuse to supply replacement parts.
